Charter Telecom Headquarters, 2614 Sooke Road – Victoria, BC collaborated with Waymark Architecture Inc., a high-tech company that builds, maintains and operates secure, high-performance communication networks and data centre infrastructures for large public and private sector clients around the world. A key part of HVAC System’s design was providing a centralized ventilation solution by using the Swegon GOLD Series, Passive House Certified multiple ERV units with a heat recovery ratio of +85% to achieve the building’s challenging air filtration and energy targets. HVAC Systems is proud to be part of this project that leads the charge on sustainable, energy-efficient buildings that utilize technology to reducing energy consumption and CO2 emissions.
